Saul earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and a MBA Degree from Rollins College. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He began accounting work for Walden, Hagler & Kuhn to gain tax experience. He transitioned to compliance auditing for Medicare where he audited hospitals' cost reporting. In addition to his audit experience, he was instrumental in the team effort to write a winning proposal for the Medicare contract for Florida Blue's subsidiary First Coast Service Options. He has over 35 years of experience in Medicare Audits. Since 2014, he has gained substantial experience in personal and business tax returns.

Brad is a seasoned finance professional with an MBA with concentration in Finance and Accounting from Tulane University. After a successful career of over 30 years as a corporate commercial banker, Brad took courses of study in the US Tax Code and began preparing tax returns in 2019 with H&R Block. In 2022, Brad was invited to join the TaxMan. His areas of expertise include business and personal returns. As a tax professional with a strong banking background, Mr. Ramirez can advise families on the availability of tax reducing opportunities available in the Tax Code as well as advising small businesses on best practices to help improve their business performance.

Cheryl finished her Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting from the University of San Carlos (Cumlaude) and received her Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Queensland Technology and received her Master in Taxation from the University of New South Wales. She is also a Certified Florida Sales Tax Auditor and Graduate Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Tax Coaches (AICTC). Cheryl has earned the special designation of being a Certified Tax Planner (CTP). This means she is a highly-trained tax planner with the ability to identify tax credits, tax loopholes and niche specific strategies that the average CPA, accountant, or Enrolled Agent does not know how to find.
As a Certified Tax Accountant and Certified Tax Planner (CTP), Cheryl specializes in developing and implementing proactive tax reduction strategies for doctors, lawyers and business owners. She works closely with the network of highly trained strategies around the country to bring the most effective and up to date tax planning strategies to their clients. She has over 15 years of hands-on experience in accounting & taxation and she represents clients before the IRS or assist them for tax resolutions and Florida State audits.

Cesar earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting from the University of San Carlos (Magna cum Laude). He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Magna cum laude honors at USC. He obtained his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Florida. Cesar went to work for Pricewaterhouse to gain audit experience. He was an accounting professor in the Philippines and Papua New Guinea teaching financial accounting, auditing, taxation, management accounting and professional ethics. He has over 25 years of combined experience in Accounting, Taxation, Trust Accounting, Auditing and Law Firm Management.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, Lice Financial Professional, and a DOPE CFO VIP Official Member. He represents clients before the IRS for tax audits and tax resolutions. He specializes in Retirement Income Strategies.
